What happened? No longer translates. Only gives medical terms.

I previously had med english- french dictionary and regular English- French dictionary. It worked flawlessly. Since the update I only have. The medical part( like the previous reviewer) i would give this no stars.

Contains all the intuitive terms, and none of those which are difficult to translate. Not worth the money
